What You'll Do: Lead cataloging operations, manage digital archives, develop research services, and implement cutting-edge library management systems. Collaborate with academic institutions and government bodies to enhance public access to knowledge.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee cataloging and classification of digital/physical collections using MARC standards
- Develop and implement metadata strategies for digital archives
- Manage reference services and research assistance for diverse stakeholders
- Coordinate library automation projects and system integrations
- Train staff on new library technologies and best practices
- Develop educational programs for public and academic communities
- Contribute to national digitization initiatives and preservation projects
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Library Science, Information Management, or related field (S2 preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in academic/national library settings
- Expertise in digital resource management and metadata standards
- Proficiency in library management systems (e.g., Koha, Evergreen)
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail
- Certification in digital preservation or information governance (advantageous)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent documentation skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and projects
