Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using DSM-5 criteria
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for diverse patient populations
- Provide specialized psychotherapy (CBT, ACT, trauma-informed approaches)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated care
- Conduct crisis intervention and emergency psychological support
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case records
- Lead community mental health workshops and outreach programs
Kualifikasi
- S1 Psikologi dengan STR Psikolog Aktif
- Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman klinis praktik
- Sertifikasi spesialisasi dalam terapi kognitif/perilaku
- Pengalaman dengan populasi pasien beragam (anak, remaja, dewasa)
- Kemampuan analisis data klinis dan pelaporan yang kuat
- Komunikasi lintas budaya yang luar biasa
- Dedikasi pada pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan
