Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using standardized tools (MMPI, Rorschach, etc.)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for anxiety, depression, trauma, and personality disorders
- Provide evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, psychodynamic) to adolescents and adults
- Coordinate care with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports
- Lead psychoeducational workshops for community outreach programs
- Supervise junior psychologists and psychology interns
Kualifikasi
- S1 & S2 in Psychology with specialization in Clinical Psychology (S.Psi. & M.Psi)
- STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) as a licensed psychologist from IDAI
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience in private practice or hospital setting
- Certification in at least 2 evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, etc.)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English for documentation
- Strong crisis intervention and risk assessment skills
- Experience with diverse cultural backgrounds
- Excellent interpersonal communication and empathy skills
