Tanggung Jawab
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and individual student goals
- Conduct engaging 1-on-1 or small group tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, English)
- Track student progress through regular assessments and detailed progress reports
- Collaborate with parents to establish learning objectives and celebrate achievements
- Utilize digital tools and resources to enhance interactive learning experiences
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and special needs
- Maintain professional records of sessions and student development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (S1 minimum)
- Minimum 2 years proven tutoring experience with demonstrable student success
- Expertise in at least two core subjects (Math/Science/English/Bahasa Indonesia)
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools and online platforms
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Patience, creativity, and ability to inspire young learners
- Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualification
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
