Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver personalized 1-on-1 or small group tutoring sessions for primary to university levels
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Indonesian national curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka) and international standards
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents/guardians
- Prepare students for standardized tests (UN, SBMPTN, TOEFL) and academic competitions
- Maintain accurate session logs and academic progress documentation
- Collaborate with academic advisors to optimize student learning pathways
- Participate in monthly professional development workshops
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Education, Mathematics, Science, etc.) from accredited university
- Minimum 2 years proven tutoring experience with portfolio of successful student outcomes
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English for bilingual teaching
- Strong communication skills with ability to adapt teaching styles to diverse learning needs
- Certification in pedagogy or specialized tutoring methodology preferred
- Passion for education and demonstrable patience with students
- Ability to commit to minimum 15 hours/week availability during weekday evenings and weekends
- Valid police clearance certificate
