Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with international healthcare standards
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and patient safety prioritization
- Document patient records accurately and maintain confidential medical information
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to critical situations
- Provide health education to patients and families regarding treatment protocols
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control protocols
Kualifikasi
- S1 Keperawatan (S1 Nursing) from accredited institution
- STRN (Surat Tanda Registrasi Ners) certification mandatory
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in acute care settings
- Advanced life support certification (ACLS/BLS)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
