Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse medical units (ICU, ER, Pediatrics)
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- S1 Keperawatan (S1 Nursing) with STRN certification
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in acute care settings
- Critical Care Nursing Certification (ACLS/BLS preferred)
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Ability to work rotating shifts and high-pressure situations
- Commitment to ethical nursing practices and patient advocacy
- Valid BLS/ACLS certification
