Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU settings
- Monitor and interpret vital signs using advanced monitoring systemsAdminister medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care plans
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and electronic health records
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during critical situations
- Participate in emergency response codes and rapid interventions
Kualifikasi
- S1 Keperawatan (Nursing Degree) from accredited institution
- STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) Keperawatan aktif
- Minimum 3 years ICU/CCU experience in tertiary hospital
- Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Strong proficiency in critical care nursing protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
