Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React, Vue.js, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Collaborate with UX designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces following WCAG standards
- Optimize application performance through code splitting, lazy loading, and caching strategies
- Lead technical architecture decisions for scalable frontend solutions
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Conduct cross-browser testing and resolve compatibility issues
- Document technical specifications and API integration guidelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of professional web development experience with React/Vue.js
- Expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles
- Strong understanding of state management (Redux, Vuex) and component architecture
- Experience with RESTful API integration and GraphQL
- Proficiency in version control (Git) and agile development methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating complex web applications with performance metrics
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
