Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and Seat Guests: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus in an organized manner.
- Take Orders: Accurately record food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar, and answer any menu-related questions.
- Service Delivery: Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper plating and presentation standards are met at all times.
- Customer Satisfaction: Proactively monitor guest satisfaction, address any complaints immediately, and resolve issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables efficiently between courses, ensuring the dining area remains pristine and inviting.
- Point of Sale (POS): Handle cash and card transactions accurately using our POS system and process bills professionally.
- Upselling: Suggest wine pairings, desserts, or specialty drinks to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a fine-dining or high-volume restaurant.
- Communication: Excellent command of Indonesian and English (both verbal and written).
- Appearance: Must maintain a neat, tidy, and professional appearance at all times, adhering to our uniform policy.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of food and beverage products, wine service, and table setting.
- Attitude: Passionate, energetic, and able to work well under pressure during peak hours.
- Physical Ability: Capable of standing for long periods and lifting trays or heavy objects as required.
- Integrity: Ability to handle cash transactions with honesty and accuracy.
