Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Business Management or related field (S2 preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years in operational management roles
- Proven track record in team leadership and process optimization
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in BI tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Certification in PMP or Lean Six Sigma required
- Experience in tech or e-commerce industry essential
