Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver packages efficiently within designated Jakarta routes using company-provided motorbike
- Maintain 99% delivery accuracy through systematic package verification and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Operate company tracking system for real-time delivery updates
- Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and maintenance reporting
- Handle special delivery requests with urgency and discretion
- Collaborate with operations team for route optimization
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience as professional courier/delivery driver
- Valid SIM C (motorcycle license) with clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of Jakarta road networks and traffic patterns
- Excellent physical fitness for package handling (max 20kg)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and tracking apps
- Customer-focused communication skills in Indonesian
- Ability to work flexible shifts (early morning/late evening)
- Integrity and reliability with high ethical standards
