Tanggung Jawab
- Pick up and deliver packages with utmost punctuality and care
- Maintain accurate delivery records through our mobile app system
- Provide real-time delivery status updates to customers
- Ensure package security and proper handling during transit
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency
- Resolve delivery issues with professionalism and solution-oriented approach
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- Valid SIM A with 1+ year driving experience
- Familiarity with Jakarta's major roads and traffic patterns
- Strong physical stamina for lifting packages up to 20kg
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for our delivery app
- Clean criminal record and good driving history
- Customer service oriented with friendly communication style
