Tanggung Jawab
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive vision and strategic plan for the school aligned with national and international educational standards.
- Academic Oversight: Monitor curriculum implementation, ensure high teaching standards, and drive continuous improvement in educational outcomes.
- Financial Management: Oversee the school's budget, manage resources efficiently, and ensure financial sustainability and growth.
- Human Resources: Recruit, train, and mentor school staff, fostering a culture of professional development and collaboration.
- Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, alumni, and the local community to support the school's mission.
- Compliance: Ensure the school adheres to all local government regulations, safety protocols, and accreditation requirements.
- Marketing & Enrollment: Lead branding initiatives and strategies to attract high-quality students and maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Master’s degree (S2) in Education Management, Educational Administration, or a relevant field is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in education, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or administrative role (Kepala Sekolah/Deputy Head).
- Certifications: Valid Principal Certification (Sertifikasi Kepala Sekolah) is mandatory.
- Languages: Fluent in Indonesian and English (oral and written); additional proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record in managing large teams, conflict resolution, and strategic planning.
- Character: Integrity, empathy, and a passion for educational reform.
- Technology: Proficient in using school management systems and digital learning tools.
