Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic school improvement plans aligned with national curriculum standards and international best practices
- Lead faculty recruitment, training, and performance management initiatives to maintain high teaching quality
- Oversee curriculum development, academic assessments, and student achievement programs
- Manage school operations including budgeting, facility maintenance, and compliance with educational regulations
- Foster positive school culture through community engagement, parent relations, and student welfare programs
- Drive innovation in educational technology and blended learning methodologies
- Represent the institution in external partnerships with government bodies, NGOs, and international schools
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Education or related field with S2/Master's degree in Educational Leadership or Management (required)
- Minimum 10 years teaching experience with 5+ years in senior leadership roles (Kepala Sekolah/Wakil Kepala Sekolah)
- Proven track record of improving student outcomes and implementing educational innovations
- Strong financial management skills with experience in school budgeting and resource allocation
- Excellent communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Certification in educational leadership from recognized institutions (e.g., PPKN, PPG Guru)
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management (parents, teachers, government, community)
- Strategic thinking with ability to balance operational efficiency with educational vision
