Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive school improvement plans aligned with national curriculum standards
- Lead and mentor teaching staff through performance evaluations and professional development programs
- Oversee daily administrative operations including budget management, facility maintenance, and safety protocols
- Build strong relationships with parents, community stakeholders, and educational authorities
- Implement innovative teaching methodologies and technology integration initiatives
- Monitor student progress through data analysis and implement targeted intervention programs
- Foster a positive school culture emphasizing character development and academic achievement
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Education or related field, S2/Master's degree strongly preferred
- Minimum 8 years teaching experience with 5+ years in leadership/management roles
- Certified as School Administrator (Kepala Sekolah) from Indonesian Ministry of Education
- Proven track record of improving academic performance and school accreditation
- Expertise in educational technology integration and modern pedagogical approaches
- Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strategic planning experience with measurable results in educational institutions
