Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic academic plans aligned with international standards
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate faculty to maintain high teaching quality
- Oversee school operations, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Foster positive relationships with parents, students, and community stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with national education regulations and accreditation standards
- Drive innovation in curriculum development and educational technology
- Represent the school in external networks and industry events
Kualifikasi
- S1/S2 in Education Management, Educational Leadership, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in education, with 5+ years in leadership role
- Proven track record of improving academic performance and school culture
- Strong understanding of Indonesian national curriculum and international frameworks
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Certification in educational leadership (e.g., SPM, PPRA) preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with digital transformation in education
