- Train new cashiers on POS systems and customer service protocols
- Resolve payment discrepancies and customer concerns with empathy
- Monitor inventory levels at checkout counters and report shortages
- Execute daily cash reconciliation procedures
- Uphold visual merchandising standards at checkout areas
- Collaborate with sales team for promotional product awareness
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years cashier experience in premium retail
- Expert proficiency in modern POS systems (e.g., iVend, SAP Retail)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with clear communication skills
- Strong mathematical aptitude and cash handling certification
- Ability to work under peak-hour pressure with composure
- Basic knowledge of retail inventory management
- Valid Basic First Aid certification preferred
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
