Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints
- Maintain organized cash registers, daily reconciliation, and financial documentation
- Assist with inventory management and store merchandising tasks
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards in the checkout area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; fresh graduates welcome
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail/customer service roles preferred
