Tanggung Jawab
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments with security protocols
- Assist customers with product inquiries and promotions
- Maintain clean and organized checkout area
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and reporting
- Upsell products based on customer needs
- Resolve payment discrepancies professionally
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years cashier or retail experience preferred
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in POS systems (experience with iPOS a plus)
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
