Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and problem-solving
- Manage daily cash reconciliation and reporting procedures
- Maintain organized checkout area and promotional displays
- Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment
- Comply with company policies and security protocols
- Train junior staff on cashier operations and customer engagement
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years cashier experience in retail/hospitality
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic financial software
- Strong numerical accuracy and cash handling skills
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia communication abilities
