Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols in Active Directory
- Deploy and configure OS/software installations using imaging tools
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service contracts
- Provide remote and on-site technical support with SLA adherence
- Conduct periodic system audits and implement security best practices
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Computer Science or IT-related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in desktop/server support with Windows/Linux environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals
- Experience with cloud services (Azure/O365) preferred
- Exceptional troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent English documentation ability
