Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across 200+ workstations
- Manage Windows 10/11 deployments and Active Directory administration
- Implement network security protocols and monitor system health
- Provide remote and on-site technical support with SLA adherence
- Document IT procedures and maintain asset inventory databases
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment procurement and maintenance
- Train employees on cybersecurity best practices and new tools
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent certification
- 3+ years experience in enterprise IT support environments
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills with diagnostic tools (Wireshark, Process Monitor)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and ticketing systems
