Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and cloud services (Azure/O365)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document IT procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance
- Train employees on digital tools and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years experience in enterprise IT support
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or Microsoft Azure certifications
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and scripting
- Strong troubleshooting skills with diagnostic tools
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
