Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deploy predictive models using Python, R, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Spark, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks for product optimization
- Create compelling data visualizations and presentations for stakeholders
- Lead data science projects from conception to implementation
- Maintain data governance best practices and documentation standards
Kualifikasi
- S1/S2 in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in data science or analytics roles
- Expert proficiency in Python and statistical analysis libraries (Pandas, Scikit-learn)
- Strong SQL skills with experience in big data technologies
- Proven track record of delivering ML solutions in production environments
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating data science projects and impact
