Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Conduct interactive classroom sessions focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Create supplementary learning materials and digital resources for enhanced learning
- Participate in curriculum development and educational innovation projects
- Maintain accurate student records and progress reports
- Organize extracurricular language activities to foster practical application
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in English Education, Linguistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years teaching experience with proven student success records
- Native or near-native proficiency in English (IELTS 8.0+ or equivalent)
- Certification in TESOL/CELTA or equivalent teaching qualification
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools and learning management systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to connect with diverse age groups
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple classes effectively
