Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and treat acute/chronic illnesses through comprehensive patient assessment and evidence-based medicine
- Develop personalized treatment plans with emphasis on preventive healthcare and patient education
- Perform routine examinations, screenings, and minor procedures while maintaining strict medical protocols
- Collaborate with specialists to coordinate complex care cases and ensure continuity of treatment
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation compliant with national health standards
- Participate in hospital committees and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Sarjana Kedokteran (S.Ked) with valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) from Kementerian Kesehatan RI
- Sertifikat Spesialis Umum (Sp.P) dari IDI or equivalent professional certification
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in hospital/primary care setting
- Strong diagnostic skills with proficiency in interpreting lab results and diagnostic imaging
- Excellent communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia with patient-centered approach
- Current BLS/ACLS certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months
- Commitment to continuing medical education and professional development
