Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across social media, email, and SEO
- Manage PPC campaigns and optimize ad spend for maximum ROI
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform campaign adjustments
- Create compelling content including blogs, videos, and social media assets
- Collaborate with design team to produce visually stunning marketing materials
- Track KPIs using Google Analytics and generate performance reports
- Lead influencer partnerships and brand ambassador programs
- Coordinate cross-functional campaigns with sales and product teams
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years proven experience in digital marketing with portfolio
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and HubSpot
- Strong understanding of Indonesian social media landscape
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Certification in Google Ads or HubSpot preferred
