Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO, email, and paid advertising
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize campaign performance
- Manage digital budget allocation and ROI tracking for all marketing initiatives
- Lead content creation and curation for brand storytelling across platforms
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights through monthly performance reports
- Manage and mentor a team of 3-5 marketing specialists
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years experience in digital marketing with proven campaign success
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and HubSpot
- Strong portfolio showcasing viral campaigns and conversion growth
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for cross-market collaboration
- Advanced knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and content marketing
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint preferred
- Experience managing marketing budgets above IDR 500 million
