Tanggung Jawab
- Design pixel-perfect interfaces using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research and usability testing sessions
- Develop interactive prototypes for stakeholder presentations
- Create design systems and component libraries
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize conversion funnels
- Collaborate with product managers and developers
- Maintain design documentation and style guides
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design
- Excellent visual communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
