Tanggung Jawab
- Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to optimize business operations
- Analyze large datasets using Python, R, and SQL to identify actionable patterns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into product features
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses
- Maintain data pipelines and ensure data quality standards
- Present findings to senior leadership through storytelling presentations
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data modeling and machine learning implementation
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) and statistical analysis tools
- Strong SQL skills with experience in data warehouse environments
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful data-driven projects
