Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in customer support or technical assistance roles
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proficient with CRM platforms and ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities with technical aptitude
- Certification in ITIL or equivalent is advantageous
- Experience in SaaS or tech industry preferred
- Exceptional communication and empathy skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
