Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive prenatal, natal, and postnatal care services
- Conduct high-risk pregnancy assessments and emergency interventions
- Lead neonatal resuscitation and newborn care protocols
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records
- Mentor junior midwives and nursing students
- Collaborate with obstetricians and pediatricians for integrated care
- Develop community health education programs
Kualifikasi
- S.Kebidanan (Midwifery Bachelor's Degree) from accredited institution
- STRB (Professional License) in midwifery
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience in obstetrics
- Certification in Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP)
- Expertise in high-risk pregnancy management
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
- CPR and emergency response certifications
