Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive antenatal check-ups and high-risk pregnancy monitoring
- Perform normal deliveries and manage emergency obstetric situationsProvide postnatal care including breastfeeding counseling and newborn assessment
- Develop personalized birth plans and educate families on maternal health
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and comply with healthcare regulations
- Mentor junior midwives and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Administer immunizations and family planning services
Kualifikasi
- S1 Kebidanan (S1 Midwifery) with STRKep. certification
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in hospital settings
- BLS/ACLS certification and emergency obstetric training
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with electronic medical records systems
- Demonstrated patient-centered care philosophy
- Commitment to continuous professional development
- Valid Bidan license from Kepala Dinkes DKI Jakarta
