Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL and Python
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards in Tableau/Power BI
- Analyze customer behavior datasets to identify growth opportunities
- Present findings to executive leadership through data-driven narratives
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Implement statistical models for predictive analytics
- Ensure data quality through rigorous validation processes
Kualifikasi
- S1 in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years professional data analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and A/B testing experience
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
