Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business opportunities and risks
- Create interactive dashboards using Power BI/Tableau for real-time performance monitoring
- Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track campaign effectiveness
- Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership with clear visual storytelling
- Maintain data quality through rigorous validation processes and documentation
- Stay updated with emerging analytics techniques and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (S2 preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in A/B testing and hypothesis validation
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Certification in Power BI, Tableau, or Google Analytics is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with large datasets (TB scale) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
