Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing
- Prepare accurate financial statements compliant with PSAK standards and tax regulations
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and vendor management
- Coordinate external audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Develop financial models and forecasts for strategic decision-making
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process optimization initiatives
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting/Finance with minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik/BCA) highly valued
- Proven experience in financial reporting and audit coordination
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Experience in fintech or multinational company preferred
