Join our dynamic finance team as a Senior Accountant and become the backbone of our financial operations. We're seeking a meticulous professional to drive accurate reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closings
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Oversee tax compliance, VAT filings, and statutory reporting
- Implement internal controls to ensure financial integrity
- Collaborate with auditors during external reviews
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Mentor junior accounting staff
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting or Finance from reputable university
- Minimum 5 years of experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expert knowledge of PSAK (Indonesian Accounting Standards) and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in SAP FICO or Oracle Financials
- Certified Public Accountant (CAP) certification mandatory
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
