Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for NLP and computer vision applications
- Lead end-to-end ML model development from data preprocessing to production deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and publish research in peer-reviewed conferences
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for model validation
- Optimize models for cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) with 99.9% SLA requirements
- Stay current with emerging AI trends through 20% dedicated R&D time
Kualifikasi
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (3+ years industry experience)
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud ML platforms
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML systems at scale
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and probability
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Dask)
- Published research in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent tier conferences
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English for international collaboration
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ impactful AI projects with measurable business impact
