Tanggung Jawab
- Develop individualized nutritional therapy plans for patients with chronic conditions
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and body composition analyses
- Educate patients and families on disease-specific dietary modifications
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated patient care
- Lead community nutrition workshops and public health campaigns
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions based on outcomes
- Stay current with latest nutritional research and clinical guidelines
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and electronic health records
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Nutrition/Dietetics with S.Kom. Ahli Gizi Aktif
- Minimum 3 years clinical nutrition experience in hospital setting
- Certification in Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) preferred
- Expertise in therapeutic diets (diabetes, renal, oncology)
- Strong counseling skills with proven patient engagement
- Proficiency in nutrition assessment software and EHR systems
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
- Valid BLS/ACLS certification
