Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain Linux/Windows server environments (200+ systems)
- Implement security protocols and compliance standards (ISO 27001)
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform
- Monitor system health via Nagios/Prometheus dashboards
- Lead disaster recovery planning and testing
- Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document SOPs and create technical knowledge bases
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years in system administration with enterprise experience
- Expertise in Red Hat/CentOS and Active Directory
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash)
- Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
- Understanding of network infrastructure (TCP/IP, VLANs)
- Problem-solving mindset with root-cause analysis skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
